New England High School Trail Championships at the Sunapee Scramble

June 1st 2025
Mount Sunapee, New Hampshire

A 4 Mile Mountain Trail Race exclusively for High School Students

About the Event

This is a brand new event with the goal of providing New England High School students a chance to run in a mountain style trail race with their peers. The race is inspired by the National High School Trail Championships, which is an event put on in Salida, Colorado every Summer.

Anyone in high school can get the opportunity to run cross country or track. We want to give young runners the chance to experience the magic of trail running as well.

Who Can Participate?

The race is open to any high school students. Awards will be given out for each grade (9th, 10th, 11th, 12th). While the race has “New England” in the name, we do welcome high school students from other states who will be in the area.
